Food: Elaine’s On Franklin Street Celebrates 12 Years
Chapel Hill, NC – I love Elaine’s On Franklin. Everything on the menu is made in house from scratch. The menu is always changing, always seasonal, always surprising, always great. 12 years of love, and they’re celebrating this weekend.
Chef Bret Jennings opened Elaine’s On Franklin in downtown Chapel Hill in 1999. Wine Spectator has bestowed its coveted Award of Excellence for the wine list and he has described Chef Bret as “a culinary genius”.
The Anniversary Dinner is the most popular dinner each year and tickets go fast. This anniversary celebrates 12 years of culinary excellence, with special guest Danny Haas.
